efficient staff prompt service convenient restaurant soothing treatments
the front desk staff was efficient. the room service was prompt. i found the on-site restaurant convenient. It allowed for quick meals after long days. the spa treatments were soothing and rejuvenating.
the gym equipment showed slight wear, though it was still functional.

great location various options
the location suited nec events perfectly. the staff were always available to assist and were very friendly. i found the quality of the breakfast in the restaurant amazing!!! the selection included various options.
the door to the balcony in my room did not close properly. noise came through all night. i experienced some sleep disturbance.

The breakfast buffet included many choices. I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the NEC. It was a short walk. I would consider staying at this hotel in the future. The room was quiet and I rested well.
The hotel provided a room with two beds instead of a requested double bed. I found the cost of the stay high for what was offered. I did not feel very welcome. The staff didn't speak with me with respect.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were helpful, especially Daniela at reception (she was very knowledgeable!). I appreciated the convenient location prior to an early flight. Breakfast offered a wide choice of options.
The bar ran out of sauvignon blanc wine early, then all white wine by 10pm. The lack of options impacted the evening.
